Meet Paul Skinner

Born in Oklahoma, he grew up hanging out with his uncles and listening to classic rock. He got his first guitar at age 16, where he taught himself to play. He moved to Florida where he lived on the beach, rode his bike to work and starting writing songs. After a devastating car wreck, he came back to Oklahoma to recover.

Paul wanted to pursue his music career by moving to California. He was blessed to hook up with songwriter and producer, Mark Spiro. Paul and Mark spent hours in the studio writing songs and developing Paul as an artist. This is when “Getting with it” was created. While working on "Getting with it" he met drummer, Brian Young.

Brian Young along with Carl Amburn and Kevin Webb helped produce Paul’s new album, "Lost in Austin". “Lost in Austin” is a diary of Paul’s life. Through his faith, Paul manages to stay on the right path. Paul wants to give hope to those who struggle each day.

Paul is an eternal optimist. He loves the mountains, ocean, and the simple things in life. He is a free spirit, wears long moccasins and turquoise. He is married and has two children. He believes family and friends are most important in life. PAUL CONSIDERS HIMSELF A LOVER NOT A FIGHTER!
